On-campus tours recommence after restrictions ease across Victoria
As part of an announcement made by Independent Schools Victoria yesterday, Heritage College confirms that Principals’ Tours will recommence on-campus from early next week.
Principals’ Tours at Narre Warren South campus will resume Monday 30 November 2020 and will incorporate the new Early Learning Centre building, due to open in 2021. Tours will be scheduled in blocks of 45 minutes.
Principals’ Tours at Officer campus will resume Thursday 3 December and will incorporate Early Learning, Primary and Secondary buildings. Families will also have the opportunity to view the ongoing construction of the new Primary Precinct at Officer campus.
Social distancing and hygiene restrictions will apply throughout the campus tour. Tours will be held with public gathering limits (maximum of 20 people indoors and 50 people outdoors), ensuring the density rule of one person per four square metre is applied.
The principal of Heritage College, Mr Sonny Aiono says yesterday’s announcement comes at a great time for families still considering which school to send their child to for the coming years.
“Both our Officer and Narre Warren South campus are undergoing significant development and we look forward to welcoming families back to campus to view the learning environment for themselves,” Mr Aiono said.
“Our Virtual Tours, developed in response to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, have been a valuable tool for families who have not been able to attend the campus in person”, he said.
Virtual Tours will still be available via the website at heritagecollege.vic.edu.au. On-campus Principals’ Tours can be booked via the website at heritagecollege.vic.edu.au/tours.
