ELC Centre Manager

Role Description

Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Victoria) Ltd is seeking is seeking to employ a Centre Manager to lead the team at its early learning centre on the Narre Warren South Campus (for approximately 22.8 hours per week over 48 weeks of the year), commencing 29 October, 2024

Responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the service, the Centre Manager role will include:

  1. Overseeing the learning and teaching program.
  2. Leading a professional learning community.
  3. Managing marketing and enrolment administration.
  4. Ensuring compliance regulations and financial targets are met.

Role Requirments:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood qualification with Bachelor of Early Childhood highly desirable
  • Thorough knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework, Child Protection and National Quality Framework
  • Current First Aid qualification which includes Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • A Working With Children Clearance.
