Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Victoria) Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Learning and Teaching Coordinator to join the team at Heritage College, Narre Warren and Officer.
This is a Full-time, Permanent position. This position commences in Term 3, 2026.
The focus of the Learning and Teaching Coordinator is to support and guide staff in curriculum delivery, mentoring new teachers, and ensuring the implementation of school policy and process.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading curriculum development, setting goals, and ensuring compliance with educational standards. The position provides training for staff, manages data analysis to enhance teaching strategies and is responsible for ensuring differentiation occurs for all students. An integral aspect of the planning is to embed the characteristics and values of the Seventh-day Adventist school system in all aspects of learning and teaching.

Heritage College provides co-educational Christian education from 3 and 4-year-old Early Learning through to Year 12.
The salary range is $86k-128k based on years of experience.
