Important Enrolment Updates
Do you currently have a child in Year 6 2024?
Please note that an Acceptance of Offer of Enrolment form was sent by email in Week 9 to all current Year 6 2024 families.
To confirm your child's continued enrolment in Year 7 2025, we ask that you sign and return the form to the front office by the end of Term 2 on Friday, 28 June 2024 by 3:00pm. There is no cost involved to secure your child's place for Year 7 2025, just the signed form needs to be returned by the due date.
After this date, your child's enrolment is no longer guaranteed, and their position may be offered to families currently on the waitlist for Year 7 2025.
Thank you for noting this and we look forward to receiving your child's signed acceptance form.
Not continuing with the College in 2025?
If your child is not continuing with the College in 2025, as per the Enrolment Terms and Conditions, please send your written Notice of Withdrawal to enrolments@heritagecollege.vic.edu.au by the end of Term 3 2024 on Friday, 20 September 2024 to avoid a financial penalty.

Year 7 2025 and Year 10 2025 Scholarships:
A reminder that our 2025 Scholarship Program is now open for applications. You can find more information about the program here.
All current Year 6 and Year 9 students are eligible to apply.
It is important to note that the program will close on Friday, 24 May 2024 at 3:00 pm. Applications received after this time will not be accepted.
Prep 2025 Enrolment Interviews:
Thank you to our ELC and current families who have submitted an enrolment application form for Prep 2025 at both campus locations.
We will be contacting those families over the coming weeks to book enrolment interviews which will commence in June.
If you have not yet submitted your application, please do so as soon as possible as very limited places remain for this year level.
Year 7 2025 at waitlist:
Thank you to our Year 6 families for attending the recent webinar on Stepping Into Secondary.
As mentioned on the night, Year 7 2025 is at waitlist and it is important to confirm if your child will be continuing on to Secondary with the College.
An Acceptance of Offer of Enrolment form will be sent to all Year 6 families in Week 9 on Monday, 10 June 2024. Signed and completed forms will be due back by the end of Term 2 on Friday, 28 June 2024 at 3:00pm.
Please note there is no cost involved in confirming your child’s place in Year 7 2025, just a return of the completed Acceptance of Offer of Enrolment form by the due date.
ELC and Sibling Enrolments for Prep 2026:
With the College experiencing rapid growth, and external applications being received for future years, if you have a younger child due to start school in Prep 2026, we invite your family to submit an online enrolment application form now.
As children enrolled in our Early Learning Centres and siblings of current students are offered priority placement on the Prep class lists each year, this will enable us to ensure a place is reserved for your child.
Open Night Tours:
If you have friends or family who are interested in the College but who can’t make it to our weekly day time tours, please let them know about our upcoming Open Tour Nights. The school will be open from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on the following dates:
