School Calendars
Printed calendars are now available. You can collect these from either office. Alternatively, you can email admin@heritagecollege.vic.edu.au with a request for us to give one to your child to take home. Strictly one per family.
Please note the most accurate and up-to-date calendar is the one located on our website.
Child Safety at Afternoon Pick-ups
If your child needs to be picked up by someone other than their parent, please notify the office by emailing: frontoffice@heritagecollege.vic.edu.au
Please include the following details:
- Name of person
- Relationship to child
- Time of pick-up
Please ask your nominated person to check in at the office before picking up your child, so that we can ensure a safe and secure handover.
Bus Departure Times
Morning Shuttle
All students who catch the morning shuttle buses between campuses need to be at the bus by 8:15 am for an 8:20 am departure. Buses will not be able to wait for you so please be on time.
Afternoon Shuttle
Please also note, that due to the increase in traffic and road works between Officer Campus and Narre Warren South Campus, the afternoon shuttle buses may be delayed. We apologise for the inconvenience. The safety of your children is our highest priority.
Student Absences
If your child is unable to attend school on a specific day, please do not email their teacher. Instead, please notify the front office staff at absences@heritagecollege.vic.edu.auor phone 9796 0100 by 9:30am with the child's name, year level and reason for absence.
Second-hand Uniform
Students at Heritage College are encouraged to become leaders in their classrooms, in the courtyard, at assemblies and events, as school captains, in the student council and consequently, in the community.
We have some items of second-hand uniforms available.
Families just need to create a login to be able to browse what is available and they can sell their own second-hand items through the site also.
