At Heritage College, we believe that all students have the right to attend school in a safe and caring environment where their spiritual and emotional wellbeing is a priority.

The Positive Behaviour For Learning (PB4L) Policy at Heritage College seeks to embrace all sections of the community through a structured system of behavioural expectations and outcomes.

The Student Wellbeing Team provides youth support and pastoral care services.

Students at Heritage College are encouraged to become leaders in their classrooms, in the courtyard, at assemblies and events, as school captains, in the student council and consequently, in the community.
