ELC Bursar / Administration Assistant / Receptionist
Heritage College Early Learning Centre Narre Warren South is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ELC Bursar / Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team on a fixed-term, part-time basis. This role is to cover maternity leave, working four days per week (30 hours per week) from June 2025 to June 2026.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of financial and administrative systems while providing high-quality reception services.
Requirements:
- Valid Victorian Working with Children Clearance
- Have 1-2 years of financial experience with previous experience in the early learning sector, preferably.
- Proficiency in IT applications, including Microsoft and Google suites, is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills ? both verbal and written
